### What You’ll Do:

As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

- Providing support for laptops, printers, and basic MS Teams phone support.

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications (Windows 11, MacBook, Office 365, etc.).

- Troubleshooting domain connectivity and Outlook-related issues.

- Supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS) and proficiency in MDM tools.

- Assisting with web conferencing applications (Zoom, Skype, WebEx, MS Teams).

- Handling Level 1 troubleshooting for LAN and wireless connectivity.

- Setting up new user accounts and profiles, and managing password issues.

- Monitoring email alerts and collaborating with other teams to resolve issues.

### What You’ll Bring:

- A BS/BE degree with a record of high academic achievement.

- A+ certification or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator is preferred.

- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Strong customer service skills.
