Analyst, IT Support – TransUnion (Pune & Chennai)
TransUnion is hiring an Analyst, IT Support for its offices in Pune and Chennai. This entry-level role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and technical support to internal and external B2B customers via phone, email, and ITSM ticketing systems.
Job Details:
- Position: Analyst, IT Support
- Location: Pune & Chennai
- Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid – Minimum 2 days in-office per week)
- Languages: English (Required), Spanish (Optional)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support and customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues using Knowledge Base articles and SOPs.
- Document resolutions and actions in the ITSM ticketing system.
- Assist Tier 2/3 teams and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain professionalism and efficiency across calls, chats, and tickets.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma (Required), Associate/Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields (Preferred).
- Certifications: HDI Support Center Analyst, A+, ITIL (Preferred).
- Experience: Customer Call Center experience preferred.
Skills:
- Typing speed of 45 WPM.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work assigned shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
