Job Profile: Outbound Call Executive

As an Outbound Call Executive, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
• Following provided scripts and handling diverse customer inquiries.
• Identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions.
• Upselling products and building strong customer relationships.
• Maintaining accurate records of all conversations.
• Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Incentives:
  • Daily: ₹100 - ₹400
  • Weekly: ₹200 - ₹20,000
  • Monthly: ₹10,000 - ₹80,000
• Performance bonus
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Shift: Night shift, US shift timings (7 PM to 5 AM)
• All Saturdays and Sundays off, plus international holidays!

Other Details:

• Work from office only (no remote work).
• Priority given to candidates from Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Mumbai suburban areas.
• Candidates from Maharashtra state only.
• Freshers are welcome to apply!
• Age criteria: 18 - 27 years.
• Interview process: Telephonic round followed by a face-to-face interview.
• Required skills include lead generation, customer support, and strong communication skills.
• Education: 10th and 12th pass.
• Language: English.
• Must have a driving license.
