Job Profile: Business Analyst Trainee

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for tech teams.
  • Design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams.
  • Create detailed documentation (BRDs, process flows, use cases).
  • Assist in project planning and monitoring.
  • Participate in system testing and quality assurance.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements.

Salary & Other Details:

  • Starting Salary: ₹393,520.05 per year
  • Job Type: Full-time, permanent position
  • Suitable for: Freshers with a Master's or Engineering background
  • Work Location: In person

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL, SDLC, and Python.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and SDLC is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s (B.Tech/B.Sc. IT/MCA/M.Sc. IT/MBA-Finance) degree.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
