Job Opportunity: Analyst - Accounts Payable at Flex Ltd

Flex Ltd is seeking motivated finance graduates for the position of Analyst - Accounts Payable in Pune, Maharashtra. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their careers in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices according to standard operating procedures while meeting targets.
• Resolve discrepancies in invoices and maintain daily productivity logs.
• Generate and update various financial reports, including AP, AR, VMI, IC, and FA reports.
• Perform reconciliation of sub-modules against the trial balance.
• Support financial teams with basic macros.
• Create and update Vendor Master records.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance existing processes.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Educational Background: BCom, BBA (Finance), MCom, or MBA (Finance).
• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
