Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical and procedural inquiries from Account Executives and UPS representatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone and remote support.
  • Maintain case tracking in CRM for monitoring and resolution.
  • Meet service level, resolution, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on UPS products, services, and troubleshooting resources.

Requirements:

  • Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM (Preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer hardware/software, installations, troubleshooting, network configurations, and peripheral components.
  • Experience: At least 3 months in a helpdesk or call center role.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Work Schedule: Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
