Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical and procedural inquiries from Account Executives and UPS representatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone and remote support.
- Maintain case tracking in CRM for monitoring and resolution.
- Meet service level, resolution, productivity, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on UPS products, services, and troubleshooting resources.
Requirements:
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM (Preferred).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer hardware/software, installations, troubleshooting, network configurations, and peripheral components.
- Experience: At least 3 months in a helpdesk or call center role.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication.
- Work Schedule: Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
