Cummins Inc. is hiring an IT Developer for its Pune location. This hybrid role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, TypeScript).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side logic.
• Manage relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CosmosDB).
• Implement UI/UX best practices for responsive and mobile-friendly applications.
• Work with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to optimize user experience.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Utilize version control (Git) and participate in Agile development methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Technical Skills: Secure coding, performance tuning, database management, cloud services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Preferred Experience: 3-5 years of full-stack development experience in an Agile environment.
