Job Profile: IT Executive

As an IT Executive, you will:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide daily IT support to employees, ensuring smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Set up new equipment and install software.
• Ensure data security and manage backups.
• Collaborate with the team to improve IT processes.
• Monitor IT resources for potential issues.
• Assist in maintaining and upgrading software applications, including ERP systems.
• Handle user access control.
