• Job Title: IT Executive
• Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers are also welcome to apply)
• Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Technical Support: Provide day-to-day IT support for employees, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Equipment Setup: Assist in setting up new equipment and software installations.
• Data Security: Ensure data security and backup management for critical systems.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to optimize and improve IT processes and operations.
• Monitoring: Monitor IT resources to identify potential issues and take proactive measures.
• Software Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and upgrading software applications, including ERP systems.
• User Access Control: Handle user access control and permissions for various systems and platforms.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with technological trends and innovations to suggest improvements to the IT infrastructure.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or network administration (freshers are welcome).
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and related tools.
  • Good understanding of IT security and backup strategies.
• Soft Skills:
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team and other departments.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
