Responsibilities:

• Attend to phone inquiries and direct walk-in customers and pre-scheduled customers from the pre-sales team & channel partners.
• Assist customers in the home buying process by understanding their needs and pitching the right product.
• Provide customers with project and product details, show them sample flats, and present audio/video detailing of the project.
• Maintain records of clients.
• Foster good relations with clients and brokers.
