Job Description

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with the ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and a willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review tickets/order IDs based on input documents provided by the client.
• Communicate effectively to take appropriate steps to resolve customer problems.
• Check the status of services on accounts in client tools.
• Update order details status in internal as well as client tools.
• Create daily reports and share them with the client base.
• Meet process expectations with high-quality standards and adherence to SLAs.
• Exhibit excellent multi-tasking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Act swiftly and decisively when dealing with critical situations; assess situations and initiate appropriate action.
• Work collaboratively with the team and Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Technical and Functional Skills:

• Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to develop and analyze tickets.
• Proven ability to self-check work to ensure results are error-free.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment, including working in rotational shifts.
