Core Responsibilities

As a Procure to Pay Operations Associate, you will:

• Collect operational data and reports to determine financial outcomes.
• Conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Boost vendor compliance and improve discount capture using preferred suppliers.
• Manage the accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Oversee the order sequence of procurement and financial processes end-to-end.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders, and performing two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
