- Probation Period: 2 months
- Salary during Probation: INR 25,000/-
- Annual CTC: 4-5 LPA (80% Fixed Pay, 20% Variable Pay)
Key Responsibilities
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for Mithi products, diagnose system issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Automation and Process Improvement: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools for system management and maintenance.
- Incident and Ticket Triage: Monitor incoming support tickets, prioritize issues, and escalate as necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for tickets and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, DevOps, and IT.
- Onboarding Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to new associates.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address technical concerns.
- Data Protection: Adhere to data protection and information security practices.
- Compliance: Maintain security best practices and adhere to industry compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Trained fresher or up to 2 years of experience in Linux operating systems and server virtualization technologies.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of automation tools and strong scripting skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Experience in managing databases like MySQL.
- Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewalls).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Certifications such as RHCE, RHCSA, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or LPIC.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
